It is very unlikely that we will offer you the market value for your property. We would normally offer in the region of 20-25% less than the valuation.
You can use your own solicitor or we can recommend one for you.
We do not charge any fees and will even pay up to £500 towards legal fees. There are absolutely no hidden costs.
Yes we can.
If you have time on your side, you can afford to sit it out and wait for the best offer as well as a completion date in about 3 months from when you start the process. But if you need the sale to go through next week and have the money in your hands that is where we come in.
