A run down terraced house in a prime area in Liverpool that was converted to a 10 bedroom co-living home. Full planning permission was obtained for a change of use & an extensive back to brick refurbishment was undertaken.
The house now has 3 kitchens, a large social communal space & each room has its own ensuite bathroom.
This project was completed using investment finance from one of our regular investors. The house has always been fully tenanted since completion.
